Why is antifragility important? And how can an understanding of antifragility help you or your organisation?

Antifragility is a relatively new word, but I believe the concept has always existed and is reflected in the wisdom of wise axioms, old fables and timeless proverbs, as well as being evident all around us in nature if we look close enough.
An understanding of antifragility and some of the key heuristics (rules of thumbs) can help to bring a new understanding of how we perceive the world and how we make decisions in this inherently uncertain world.

Upside in the Right Side of Chaos
Antifragility Coaching and how it can help with for example:
- Reviewing the key concepts of antifragility
- Helping to find fragilities
- Helping to find optionality
- Designing for antifragility
The aim is to make adaptability and thriving in uncertainty the goal (rather than materialistic objectives). How we achieve this will be through a coaching partnership and I will apply coaching principles to guide us.
About me
I created a community called Personal Antifragility . This community has a shared mission to reduce fragility around us and increase our own antifragility. Based on this I wanted to offer the opportunity to have some personal antifragility coaching.
My background and experience:
My educational background is in both business and education. I have worked on complex software projects, and have the business experience of commercialising them too. I am also a nationally qualified teacher and a certified agile coach. I have the started two businesses, and recently co-founded a community of practice about creativity and finding meaning.
My intention is to bring together my understanding of antifragility and my coaching to offer mentorship and coaching for those interested in reducing the fragility within their organisation or at a personal level.
Please feel free to contact me to see how antifragility coaching can help you.
